Watching the French open in the UK. The commentators are so biased toward Tsitsipas, Nadal and Djokovic. Sometimes you wouldn't think the others are playing or don't do anything worth mentioning. Zverev did an amazing return winner and the only thing the commentators mentioned was about Tstsipas not coming into the net. Unbelievable!

Please stop the never ending statistics,

No commentary on tennis match which really spoilt my enjoyment

A week ago I would have gone 3 to 4 stars but the picture quality and spooling has massively deteriorated just in time for the skiing world championships - the main reason I pay for eurosport. I tried watching the mens downhill "on demand" - truly dreadful and then watching the tour de almeria cycling late last night - similar problems - picture resolution seems to have halved, pathetic sound quality and loads of jerking, stopping and spooling - a couple of drops even from the eurosport server, with error message from their end
Seems to have coincided with the start of the Aussie tennis and reading the reviews below also servicing Amazon Prime customers occasionally. Sufficient server capacity at Eurosport?

Like everyone else I subscribed to Eurosport through Prime in order to watch the Australian open tennis. Thank goodness it only costs 99 pence a month. The coverage is truly terrible. There is no labelling of matches so I spend ages searching through to see what matches (if any) are being shown. Also although there are at least 10 Eurosport extra channels marked as though they are showing tennis in fact they are not. Just endless clips of winter sports and cycling with irritating music. Very few of the tennis matches are being shown live and the catch up matches don’t appear until at least 24 hours later and then don’t have any commentary.
Currently the “recently ended” matches are from a WTA event - not even the Aussie open.
I wish the Aussie open was on Prine. They know how to do it.

Why is Eurosport SO TERRIBLE? Just went to watch the replay of a Thiem match labeled Part 1. Go to play it and it starts at the start of the third set and it is 35 minutes long. To top it off, it starts with a stats board revealing all that has happened in the first two sets and ruining my enjoyment if I ever do find them to watch somewhere. Clearly 'Part 1' was mislabeled. We have had exactly the same problem with multiple other matches this week. For example, yesterday a match had part 1 and part 3, but no part 2. But of course, you have to open them to see if they really are what they say they are, and in the process probably see scores etc that you don't want to see because you want to watch the match. I detail this because the impediment to enjoyment of the service I am paying for has consequences beyond the obvious. These kinds of really basic errors that the cheapest of trainees could spot in seconds reveal total incompetence and a complete lack of any quality control - and absolutely no integrity as regards providing a commercial for-profit service. They do not give a **** about their subscribers. Layout of replays is completely illogical and user unfriendly - the service is all around appalling. The Eurosport tennis team should all be sacked. ........The final kick in the teeth - I went back to my couch to watch the Djokovitch match. The label said Djokovitch, the imprinted white text at the top the screen said Djokovitch, but the recording was - you guessed it - sets 1 and 2 of the Thiem match. But of course they've already shown me the third set labeled as Part 1. And the Djokovitch match? Well, that's nowhere to be found, but then it is probably labeled as something else...

Eurosport player app via prime video is terrible. Eurosport please read the reviews. Replays are non existent. Like others I signed up to watch the Australian Open tennis and need the replays as the matches are on in the middle of the night. Please please add the replays a.s.a.p after a match has finished. Amazon prime is a good example of how to manage this well.

Having set every hour to record the Australian open during the night. We set down to watch Shapavalov and Sinner match only to get to the last few games when low and behold it went of . The end of the recording. Why do they keep doing this . I don’t know why they are given the contract for the tennis as coverage is appalling. Swapping from one match to another and even different channels part way through a match . This is a major tournament get your act together !!!!!!

Absolutly useless App. The snooker live cover 24/7. And REplay of all others sport. I can save the money and watch all the replay on youtube. They should call the app EurosportREplayer insted.
